Generation Stem Cell is committed to using the best practices in regenerative medicine as stem cell therapies become an emerging and validated medical treatment in the United States. This is demonstrated by practicing the approved protocols for stem cell therapies that have been established under the International Cell Surgical Society’s Institutional Review Board.
The International Cell Surgical Society (ICSS) is a US-based, 501c3 nonprofit organization with the mission of advancing the safe and effective use of autologous stem cell therapies as part of the practice of medicine.
An Institutional Review Board (IRB) is a group doctors, scientists, lawyers and other industry professionals that review the science, safety, ethics and effectiveness behind every protocol that is submitted. The IRB serves as a way for our network of doctors to share data and patient information knowing the stem cell treatments were administered using the exact same protocols we use at Generation Stem Cell. As is true with any IRB, the patient’s safety is the top priority. Any indication that the protocols we are using are linked to a negative side effect(s) would result in that protocol being terminated.
The ICSS serves the regenerative medical community through establishing standards for the practice of cell-based medicine, providing improved oversight by an HHS approved institutional review board bio-ethics committee, comprised of world renowned scientists and professionals, supporting ongoing vital physician education, and supporting basic research.
You can read more about the Institutional Review Board (HHS-OMB Number – 0990-0279,
